The unsung heroes behind the scenes of worship at CTK

Christ the King is always looking for volunteers to help bring our liturgies and events to life through sound, video, and lighting. Whether you love technology, creativity, or learning something new, there’s a place for you on our team.

Roles include:

• Soundboard Operator – Mixes sound for Masses, Upper Room, weddings/funerals, and other Worship Space events. Make the musicians, readers, and clergy shine!

• Livestream Audio – Mixes sound for Masses, Upper Room, weddings/funerals, and other livestreamed events. Bring the worship experience to our online audience.

• Lyric Operator – Runs lyrics for Masses, Upper Room, weddings/funerals, and other events. Lyrics are also sent to the livestream.

• Livestream Director – Operates cameras to make our livestream visually engaging and consistent—so viewers at home feel part of the worship.

• Lower Level Sound Tech – Mixes sound for Upper Room equipment in the LL Banquet Room and helps set up gear.

• Lower Level Lyric Operator – Runs and sets up lyrics for Upper Room equipment in the LL Banquet Room.

No Experience Needed! We’ll show you exactly what to do. Comfort with computers and technology helps, and being able to adapt quickly is a plus—but don’t worry, we’ll guide you every step of the way!

Age Requirement: High school and up

Commitment:  Flexible! Many tech volunteers serve about once a month or every three weeks, but you can help as often as you like.
