Supporting Families in Catholic Education

Christ the King Parish provides need-based scholarships so families can pursue an authentically Catholic, academically rigorous education.

Many families need and receive financial assistance for Catholic school tuition. The Diocese of Lansing believes a Catholic education should be available, accessible and affordable to any family that wants to provide their children with an authentically Catholic, academically rigorous education. To support that, Christ the King Parish provides financial aid to its parish families for Catholic schools and homeschooling. CTK awarded $110,150 in scholarships for the 2025/26 school year. 

Our scholarship program is a need-based assistance program. Financial need is determined by an independent, third-party service, FACTS, which reviews family income and expense information as part of its assessment. Please note that FACTS does not provide financial aid. Rather, it is a tool used to help Christ the King Parish evaluate financial need and determine the assistance provided by the parish. The FACTS application also includes a section where families may note any changes in their financial situation, and these circumstances are taken into consideration.

Applications will be accepted March 22 through June 16, 2026.
