Dear Christ the King Parish Family,
If you have ever been to a discipleship function where I have spoken, you may have heard me talk about Spirit-led discipleship as a lifestyle of radical surrender and total abandonment to the Lordship of Jesus. As often as I have preached this, I am also challenged to live this. In recent months, the Holy Spirit has been redirecting my heart towards a new season. After much prayerful discernment, this interior nudge has only increased. I believe the Lord has invited me into yet another season of radical obedience and trust in his loving presence by leading me to resign from my position at CTK effective July 31. I am stepping out into the unknown at His word with full confidence in his sovereignty and providence, which is what we strive to do as disciples: “Master, we have toiled all night and taken nothing. But at your word, I will let down the nets. And when they had done this, they enclosed a great shoal of fish. . .and filled both the boats” (Lk 5:5-7). At this time, my family will continue worshiping the Lord and building the Kingdom alongside our CTK family! My family and I love, appreciate, and pray for you all. Please pray for us as we respond to the divine call and give Jesus free access to every area of our lives again.
Your brother in Christ,
Anthony Feola
