The Parish Advisory Council has several openings to fill and invites applications.
The Christ the King Parish Advisory Council is made up of 12 parishioners who are broadly representative of the parish. You do not need to be a leader or have any training to be on the Council – just an openness to the Holy Spirit and a desire to work with Fr. Ed and other parish leaders for the good of the parish.
The role of the PAC is to advance Christ the King’s mission to “joyfully worship God and carry out the mission of Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit,” to set strategic priorities for the parish and bring practical issues to the attention of Fr. Ed and the Leadership Team. If you feel led to serve in this way, please fill out an application. Find one by clicking HERE.
Please submit your application to the Parish Office or in a Sunday collection by May 15th.
The Parish Council meets monthly from September to June. If you’d like to know more about what the Parish Council does, contact any of the current members: Bill Pressprich, chair, or Aimee Godfrey, vice-chair, Dennis Henderson, Nuala Holowicki, Betty Meredith, Don Mierendorf, Greg Stout, Gerard Tarnacki, or Colleen Vermeulen.
